Author, Sax Rohmer, created the fictional supervillain Dr. Fu Manchu in a series of novels pre WW1. His evil and mysterious character personified the ‘yellow peril’, an expression of Western fears of the expansion of Asian power and influence.
Dr. Fu Manchu inspired us to combine Western and Asian flavours, culminating in a menu that is our expression of the most delectable and delicious fusion dishes, not to be feared but enjoyed!
Our Asian Fusion menu combines the best of South East Asia and European cuisines to create a tantalising and flavour rich experience
